Anime Eyes

Byakugan

A genetic trait that is shared amongst the members of the Hyuga clan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes. Just like the Sharingan, the Byakugan can also be transplanted into another person, as Ao of Kirigakure did so. Transplanted Byakugan eyes can be activated and deactivated at the user's will, unlike the Sharingan which is always active.
It has the ability that gives the user a near 360 degree field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra and to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person. One of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, as well as the chakra circulation system inside another's body.

Eyes of Death Perception

Mystic eyes possessed by Tohno Shiki and Nanaya Shiki in the anime Tsukihime . Has the ability to see death lines which when cut, can easily kill anyone.

Geass of Absolute Odedience

Given by C.C, it has the ability to plant commands in the person's mind upon eye contact. The activation of Geass is visually represented by the manifestation of a sigil in the eyes of the user. There are many Geass in the anime Code Geass. Other Geass has the ability to manipulate memories, as of to erase or rewrite a person's memory and the ability to stop the sense of time of a person, thus rendering them unable to move or sense anything.

Rinnegan - Literally meaning "Samsara Eye"

Visually represented by a ripple-like pattern arround the pupil with a grayish-purple iris and sclera. It has the abilitythat enables the user to quickly master various jutsu, the user may also use all six forms of chakra nature transformation which literally allows its user to use any technique they wish.
It also allows the user to use all of the six paths techniques. Like the Sharingan and the Byakugan the Rinnegan also allows the user to see chakra, including otherwise hidden barriers. According to Nagato's partner Konan, the possessor of the Rinnegan is the seventh path of Pain, who is "beyond life and death", and can use the Outher Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique, which allows the Rinnegan user to revive all people who have died recently. And, is said to be the most powerful eye technique in the anime - Naruto.

Sharingan

Visually represented by tomoe in the central pupil. Unlike Byakugan, Sharingan is not automatically activated in the user by birth. It is only first unlocked under some stressful or emotional condition, after which, though, the Sharingan may be used freely.
It has the ability to see chakra flow and grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan.
The most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own, or even modify them to create his own new techniques.
Sharingan has three levels which can be obtained by different ways.

User : Uchiha Sasuke, Uchiha Itachi, Uchiha Madara (from the original users Uchiha clans), Hatake Kakashi, and Danzo (transplanted Sharingan eyes through surgery)

1st level : Two tomoe Sharingan












2nd level : Three tomoe Sharingan













3rd level : Mangekyo Sharingan












Mangekyo Sharingan is the ultimate stage of the sharingan eyes. It has many appearance that differs from user to user. Mangekyo Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukoyomi. The Mangekyo Sharingan worsens the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, unless they have obtained an "Eternal" Mangekyo Sharingan.


Shinigami Eyes

Are eyes which can see both the names and lifespans of human floating above their heads. The eyes are obtained by making a deal with a shinigami, however, when a person makes the deal it cuts the lifespan in half.
